New Delhi: A landslide in North Sikkim’s Mangan district has partially blocked the Chyakoong River and temporarily obstructed the flow of the Teesta, prompting authorities to step up monitoring in the affected area. The incident took place near the Naga Forest area opposite Theng Tunnel during the intervening night of September 5 and 6.
