Meanwhile, the North Star State is at the centre of a massive billion-dollar social services fraud centered around its large Somali immigrant community. And this week, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz announced that he is ending his bid for a third term as the fallout from the fraud scandal reaches to the highest levels of state politics.
