One of the biggest concerns among workers in the past decade has been getting quick, supportive response from employers after reporting colleagues or managers for toxic behavior. Yet despite countless declarations and policy announcements by companies establishing zero tolerance for bullying or other forms of workplace abuse, new data indicates most businesses aren’t matching tough talk with action—and victimized staffers are paying the price.
