New year, same resolutions? Here’s why most fail and what actually works

Every January, millions of people start the year full of hope.

“This year I’ll eat healthier.”
“This year I’ll lose weight.”
“This year I’ll take control of my diabetes.”
“This year will be different…”

And yet, by February, most people are back where they started.

Not because they’re lazy.
Not because they’re weak.
Not because they don’t care.

But because resolutions rely on willpower and willpower always loses against stress, habits and life.

As someone who once lived tired, unhealthy and overwhelmed… I understand this more than anyone.

Diets.
Strict rules.
“All or nothing” thinking.
Punishing yourself at the gym.
Cutting........
