A High Court judge has turned down the group's attempt to secure a judicial review into plans for the Heart services site at Gillingham, near Beccles, to double in size.

The Friends of Gillingham Countryside Community Interest Company had already raised thousands of pounds to cover their legal costs as they try to halt the scheme.

The expansion of the services at the A143/A146 roundabout would see the creation of a new Marks & Spencer store and Greggs, as well as a new farm shop, electric vehicle charging........
