Plans reveal the east side of the Beccles and Worlingham Garden Neighbourhood would be accessed by two junctions off the A145 relief road with a reduced 40 mph speed limit for the length of the development.

There are fears that a speed reduction would undermine the purpose of the relief road by encouraging traffic through Beccles.
