East Suffolk Council won approval to construct seven homes on land west of Halesworth Road in Ilketshall St Lawrence, near Bungay, in February 2023.

While the application was approved, more than 20 conditions were placed on the bid, and development cannot begin until at least seven have been discharged.

The three bungalows are to be of a suburban character and will accessed from a shared drive in the centre of the site (Image: East Suffolk Council)

The council previously successfully modified three planning conditions and discharged one.

Now it is asking for written confirmation it has met a further four........
