Disqualified driver Kris Parker ignored red lights, mounted pavements and forced his way through traffic during the 30-minute pursuit through 20mph residential streets and rural lanes.

He continued to attempt to evade capture, driving on the sparking wheel rims, after police deployed a stinger device.
