Lone Wolf Planning submitted a "scoping opinion" request to East Suffolk Council ahead of a possible planning bid for three "state of the art" poultry rearing sheds in Ellough, near Beccles.

This is to obtain the authority's opinion as to the scope and level of detail that may be needed in the environmental statement when submitting a full planning application.

And now Steven Bainbridge, owner of Lone Wolf Planning, has explained why the proposal for the site off Copland Way has been put forward.
