Nicolae Brica was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and driving with excess alcohol.

It was after two male pedestrians were struck by a car in Barrack Street at around 1.20am on Christmas Eve.

One of the pedestrians died at the scene, while the other was taken by ambulance to the Norfolk and Norwich........
