The victim was attacked by Ricky Turner in his room at the St George Hotel in Great Yarmouth.

Turner had bumped into the man in a shop where they were both buying alcohol and, after they had both been drinking on the beach, went to his bedroom because he wanted to recharge his phone.

However, the victim apparently interpreted this as a sexual approach from Turner and called him a "nonce" and a "paedophile".
