William James Abbott, co-owner of Observation Wheel UK Limited, has applied to move the 50m-high observation wheel to an area previously used for a slingshot ride.

The proposal would see the observation wheel installed alongside a supporting structure with decking, ramp access and a ticket office 50m north of where it is now.
