It follows plans that were put forward to sub-divide the building on Kingston Road into four new units.

Planning documents have now revealed that one of the proposed units could potentially become a gym.

In a letter that was published online, Norfolk County Council's highways department stated "further information was required" to support the partial change of use to the facility and the site parking arrangements.
