Arnold's Bequest - a step-free, sloped footpath that connects Yarmouth Road in Lowestoft to the prominent Sparrow's Nest Gardens park - had been temporarily closed earlier this month.

It was not available to the public from Monday, March 10 as two weeks of repairs and resurfacing was carried out along the whole path.
