Change of use plans for the two different homes in Lowestoft have been turned down.

The two separate applications were refused by East Suffolk Council before Christmas.

The proposals for 247 Raglan Street and 37 Cambridge Road both earmarked "change of use from residential dwelling to a small house in multiple occupation (HMO), including internal non-structural alterations".
