Change of use plans to create a new seven-bedroom house of multiple occupation (HMO) at a two-and-a-half storey mid-terrace property in Lowestoft has been given the go-ahead despite sparking concerns.

Plans were submitted to East Suffolk Council in November for the offices - previously occupied by an accountancy company - at 18 Gordon Road........
