New apartments bid for site of historic former rectory
Plans have been submitted that could see existing office space at St Margaret's House in Lowestoft converted into new apartments.
Built in 1865, the Grade II listed building - not far from Lowestoft town centre - was formerly known as St Margaret's Villa and has previously been a rectory, local government offices and a registry office before the building became the main offices for Citizens Advice East Suffolk in 2016.
