Leading telecommunications company Virgin Media O2 - VMO2 UK Limited - is seeking prior approval ahead of upgrading a radio base station near Lowestoft.

A prior notification telecommunication application lodged with East Suffolk Council this week said the proposals centre around an "improvement program" for the operator’s network.
