People in Lowestoft are being asked to decide whether a Neighbourhood Plan for the area should be used to determine future planning applications.

The Lowestoft Neighbourhood Plan, prepared by Lowestoft Town Council, contains a vision for 2036.

It aims to shape the future development, growth and regeneration of Britain's most easterly town.
