Smoke was seen billowing out of the property not far from Lowestoft town centre this morning.

Firefighters, Lowestoft police officers and Cadent responded following reports of a residential fire at Beaconsfield House on Surrey Street about 9.50am.

Four fire crews from Lowestoft South, Wrentham and Bungay fire stations tackled the blaze........
