The countdown is on for the return of the UK’s only free beachfront festival - with it now being just over a week to go until First Light Festival hits Lowestoft.

Headline acts and award-winning performers will take centre stage as the popular First Light Festival returns to Lowestoft's south beach, seafront and promenade for the sixth time on June 20-21.

Organised by First Light CIC, the festival was first staged in 2019.

Since its inception the festival has showcased more than 1,890 performances, welcomed over 145,000 people and championed emerging artists as more than 70 new creatives have been supported over the years.
