The incident happened at Burnham Overy Staithe near Burnham Market at 12.15pm on Monday.

Hunstanton and Wells Coastguard Rescue Teams were tasked to find the casualty, with Hunstanton's officer-in-charge speaking to the first caller about the location and cause of the injury.

Coastguard rescue officers were sent to the scene with a stretcher........
