The bodies of Natasha Kuczynska, eight, her sister Yosita Jasmin Kuczynska, 12, their father Bartlomiej Jakub Kuczynski, 45, and their aunt Kanticha Sukpengpanao, 36, were discovered at a property in Allan Bedford Crescent, Queen’s Hills, Costessey, on January 19, 2024.

All four had suffered fatal knife wounds to their necks.

Their deaths sparked a major police investigation and an inquiry by the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) into Norfolk Constabulary’s handling of emergency calls made before the tragedy.
