Plans to convert the roof of a block at Legarda Court into homes has been put to City Hall – the third time proposals have been submitted.

A previous application to convert the roof and add extra parking at the site - made in 2015 - was thrown out by the council in 2017 over fears balconies would cause privacy issues for neighbours.

In 2014 plans to convert the roof were also lodged but withdrawn.
