Future of old city pub is uncertain as development project remains stalled
The Ferry Boat Inn on King Street was set to be saved from ruin by a project launched by Estateducation to provide 41 new homes.
However with the project delayed, the pub - which is on the Norwich City Council's heritage at risk list - remains abandoned and at risk of further deterioration.

The patch of land next to the pub, which closed in 2006, was allocated for 41 homes in 2016.
