The Three Bridges Solar Farm, being built seven miles north-east of Dereham, is expected to generate enough energy to power 6,200 homes once it is completed in 2026.

Construction on the 86-acre site, which is being developed by Pathfinder Clean Energy (PACE), began in August.

The plans were initially submitted in 2020 and sparked a strong response from locals of nearby villages such as Lyng and Elsing.
