With RAF bases in Norfolk, Suffolk and Lincolnshire, a plethora of different military jets are regularly known to soar across our skies.

Locals are used to seeing and hearing the planes, with training flights being a common occurrence.

Despite this, interest in tracking the movement of the aircraft is rising as military activity in the Norfolk skies is becoming more frequent.

It comes amid speculation that US President Donald Trump is going to carry out military strikes on Iran.

Trump has cancelled talks with Iranian officials amid a protest crackdown, telling Iranian citizens that "help is on its way".

Earlier this week, the president said Iran wanted to negotiate with Washington DC after his threat to strike the Islamic Republic that has killed more than 2,000, according to human rights monitors.

Many people are scrambling to open FlightRadar - a live aircraft tracking app - to try and get some clarity.
