The premises at 107 Northgate Street, Great Yarmouth, will be available to buy through the Auction House East Anglia sale on May 7.

It comes with a guide price of between £70,000 and £90,000.

The freehold property includes a ground-floor retail unit with a large display window and a self-contained maisonette over three floors.

These are all now vacant and in need of refurbishment, as this is the first time the property has been on the market in 30 years.

The flat has a kitchen and dining space, a sitting room, a bathroom, two bedrooms and an attic room.

The shop has a rateable value of £2,950 from April 1, 2026, while the residential element is in council tax band A with an EPC rating of D.

Auction House East Anglia said there are additional fees, including a £1,200 admin charge payable on exchange.

Viewings and legal pack details are available through the auctioneer’s Norwich office.
