Three-year-old Silky has been "patiently waiting" to meet her new family.

She came into the care of Cats Protection and has been living at the Central Norfolk Cat Centre in Dereham.

A spokeswoman for the charity said she is "a shy girl", but has "slowly learnt to trust her carers, who feel she requires a quiet home without other pets".
