Franky Pearcey is preparing to reopen Butcher Bhoy, previously located in Exchange Street, in the former Brewdog unit at 5pm tonight.

The 23-year-old has renovated the two-storey building in less than a month with retro artwork displaying the Irish stout's 1930s mascot - the Guinness toucan.
