Harry Jones, of Lowestoft, was carrying nothing but personal belongings when he left John O’Groats, the most north-eastern tip of Scotland, during a damp day in Autumn last year.

Armed with nothing but spare clothes, a phone, camera equipment, a drone and batteries, the 26-year-old used his charm, initiative and others’ kindness to travel all the way to Land’s End, Cornwall.

Passionate about supporting a local charity, his efforts have gone on to help raise funds for East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH).

Along the way, he wild camped, hitchhiked and earned money to pay for food, travel and accommodation – completing his trip by coach and train.
