The Harte of Costessey in Townhouse Road, came up for sale towards the end of September, with the sellers looking for offers in the region of £425,000 as a freehold.

It is not yet known what price the pub is actually being sold for, however agents Everard Cole have revealed they expect the sale to be concluded in the new year.
