Designing out crime officers for Norfolk Constabulary have called for "careful consideration" over the security used on the doors at 225 Newmarket Road.

Penny Turner said the application needed a level of security fit for people living in the property "who may not know each other".

She wrote: "We raise no objection to this change of use application, however, I would recommend the careful consideration of access security for this HMO,........
