People in Parkview House, on Southtown Road, say filthy conditions and uncollected waste have persisted for years despite repeated complaints to Orbit Homes, which manages the building.

Last week Orbit said it had taken action and arranged for the bin store to be cleared by the end of the week. But tenants say the area remains in the same state.
