Geoff Perry was seeking prior approval to transform an agricultural building at Dole Poultry Farm on Doles Lane in Bradwell into three single-storey houses.

But Great Yarmouth Borough Council turned down his application earlier this year, citing concerns over noise and odour from the surrounding farmyard.
