The incident happened at approximately 1.15pm on Sunday, August 24, when an electric bicycle sped through the seaside hamlet of California, near Great Yarmouth.

According to local man, Tony Daykin, the balaclava-clad rider was pulling a wheelie as they rode towards the California Tavern, before turning around and repeating the stunt.
