The proposed upgrade to the Vauxhall roundabout in Great Yarmouth was scrapped by chancellor Rachel Reeves in her inaugural budget.

Part of the reason given for the cancellation of a scheme, originally approved in 2014, was that it was not good value for money and was not linked to new housing.
