The bid for Caldecott Hall Golf Club was lodged by Paul Spriggins to Great Yarmouth Borough Council.

It was to build five twin-unit chalets, with each offering two bedrooms, designed to "blend seamlessly" with the surrounding landscape.

The chalets will be located on the northern side of the Angles Way path.
