The collision took place between Gorleston and Hopton on the night of December 11 and resulted in the death of 36-year-old Thomas Hurren.

Mr Hurren was driving a white Range Rover Evoque while the other vehicle involved was a blue Vauxhall Astra.

The driver of the Vauxhall, a man in his 20s, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and drug driving and bailed until March 5.

Now Norfolk Police have said his bail has been re-extended and he has been cleared of driving under the influence of........
