Former President Donald Trump may be running for president in 2024 . However, anyone paying attention to events knows he also might be spending much of the year in the courtroom, not just on the campaign trail. The former president faces several legal actions against him. There is a temptation in many of those observing these legal matters to decide them based more on their view of Trump than on the merits of the cases.
