In Catskill, the Catskill High School Santa’s Helpers raised $12,200 this holiday season to provide support for 60 local families. All money donated by the community was used to purchase gift cards to Price Chopper and nonperishable food. Among those supporting the campaign were Justin Slater from Slater’s Pellets and Jim Eisel from Prattsville Great American, who assisted with the purchase of food items and delivery to the school; the village of Catskill, Catskill Fire Department, Village Pizza, Pomodoro’s, Goodie’s, Willa’s, Ambrosia Diner, Pizza, Dunkin’ Donuts and Catskill Chocolate Company, which allowed students to collect money........
