UK risks losing $14.4 billion as immigration restrictions slash net migration by 80%

The UK may lose as much as £10.8 billion ($14.4 billion) over the next five years as the government’s new rules on legal immigration take effect, Bloomberg reported. This estimate comes from a new Home Office impact assessment, which explains how the changes could affect the country’s economy.
