The days of sultry and downright slutty Halloween costumes seem to be nearing an end, as stars opt for more creative, showcase pieces instead.

We used to be able to count on the stars to pull all the stops on raunchy outfits, and while we are still seeing some of that, the majority of our favorite celebrities are opting to pour countless hours and a whole lot of money into customized, hand-crafted pieces that are ultimately wearable forms of art.
