Report finds Wales' Fiscal Framework reforms are 'remarkable budgetary success'
A report has found Wales' Fiscal Framework reforms will provide nearly £1 billion extra funding next year.
The Cardiff University study, "A Decade On: Reforming Wales’ Fiscal Framework," examined the impact of the 2016 reforms and concluded that they have been a major success in terms of budget growth.
The reforms were initially agreed upon to address the underfunding of Wales' public services.
The report stated that tax devolution has been an "unheralded and unequivocal budgetary success."
