Passenger champion, Bus Users UK, has given a cautiously optimistic response to the Bus Services (Wales) Bill as it moves a step closer to becoming law.

Barclay Davies, Bus Users UK's director for Wales, said: "For so many people in Wales, the bus is a lifeline.
