Plaid Cymru has announced its candidate for an upcoming council by-election in Caerphilly.

Aneurin Minton will stand for the Penyrheol seat on Caerphilly County Borough Council, following the election of Lindsay Whittle as Caerphilly’s Senedd Member last month.
