A Glastonbury winner is set to take to the stage in Newport later this year.

West African musician N’famady Kouyaté will perform with Sinfonia Cymru at The Riverfront in Newport on September 3.

The concert will blend Mr Kouyaté’s trademark West African sounds with the classical and folk stylings of Sinfonia Cymru, Wales’ acclaimed orchestra of under-30s musicians.
