The BBC is launching a season of programmes to celebrate the legacy of one of Wales' most famous sons.

The season will honour legendary actor Richard Burton, marking the centenary of his birth in Pontrhydyfen in November 1925.

Among the highlights is a new documentary, Richard Burton – Wild Genius, alongside the acclaimed biopic Mr Burton, starring Toby Jones and Harry Lawtey.
