Fans of The Masked Singer have already "worked out" who Goldfish is just five minutes into the new series.

The programme opened with an explosive performance from the contestant who helped usher in the 2026 series of the hit ITV show alongside the judges, audience and line-up.

The judging panel again includes Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall, Maya Jama and Mo Gilligan. Host Joel Dommett also returned to his role.

Fans were nearly unanimous about who Goldfish is, with one person writing: "Without a doubt @AnneMarie is goldfish!!........
