A strong atmospheric river has arrived in the North Bay and is expected to bring “significant impacts to the region over the next several days,” the Bay Area National Weather Service office announced. As a result, a flood watch has been issued for Sonoma, Marin, and Napa counties until Saturday morning. Creeks, streams and urban areas could flood, potentially leading to excess water on roads and low-lying areas.
